I FINALLY got my MRI results ~ sorta....

I've got tendonitis in my right bicep tendon, and a strain/tear in my right rotator cuff. Now I have to wait 3 1/2 weeks for an appointment with an orthopedic doctor. I don't understand how they couldn't tell the difference between a strain and/or tear with the MRI. I could of told them everything the MRI supposedly showed...as a matter of fact ~ I did!

Since I wasn't given anything(like therapy), I'm starting myself on Glucosamine & Chondroitin. It's supposed to promote healthy joints & cartilage(tendons?). I'm not about to just sit around for another 3 weeks and do nothing. All this "hurry up & wait" reminds me of the military & VA... And I thought I'd get better treatment from the private sector ~ Geez...
