Default RE: String Silencers

Cat Whiskers are OK, but I had a bad experience once with snow and ice buildup on them once. Especially at the base where they go through the string, and where the whiskers split. I could remove the snow and ice between most the whiskers, but not all of it. I can't say that I consistantly hunt in snow all season or anything like that, but the one experience made me try try the leeches. I like them a lot, but they don't last. Always pros and cons in everything.
