Default RE: Info on hearing aids, help !!!!

priz just be thankful it is not tone deafness, hearing aids do not help. In a way it is an advantage hunting because I have no problems hearing tones like a twig snapping, leaves rustling, doe bleats, buck grunts, gobbling or the like. The tones I have a hard time with are in the human speaking voice range. It is weird in a way, some people I hear just fine, others it is like they are mumbling, to take it a step further there are peoples voices that come in so clear to me that in a crowded noisy room I can hear them just like they were standing next to me even though they are across the room. Due to the fact there are so many tones I can not hear, I seem to pick up the ones I do hear VERY well. As Cyclops says, Take care of your hearing!
