I would confront him about it saying something like "Hey was that you on MY land last night not wearing any orange and carrying a gun?" Or "Hey neighbor, can you help me watch for this jackass, trespassing on MY land, carrying a gun and not wearing Orange? I want to turn him in to the DNR." Subtly let him know that you saw him and that you dont appreciate it.
