First you need to decide exactly where and what you are going to hunt then best thing would go to the FWCC websight and it will tell you exactly what permits are needed. Regulations for the 2005 season are not posted yet, they normally come out in June but that will be plenty of time for you to send off any qouta permit applications you might need.
