Well i went out on an evening hunt tonight and didn't see a thing except for another hunter. Now this hunter just happened to be breaking 2 different laws. First was that he was trespassing, on my land. Now im about 100 percent sure that it was my neighbor, but when he saw me up in my stand he hurried and got the heck off our land and out of sight. Now he was not bow hunting, he had his muzzleloader. Which brings me to the second thing. He was not wearing a single spec of orange. Now i know that he knows where the property line is (the creek) because he was the guy that sold it to us. I asked my dad, and he said that he had not given him any permission to be on the land. Now should i confront him about it because i know that this is not the first time he has done this because last year i saw tracks on our land around this time of year, and once it got dark, i turned on my head lamp and walked around a little and there were numerous tracks in the snow from the same boot. This added pressure is effecting my hunting, and he isn't being ethical nor safe (not wearing orange). What should i do about this? Thanks in advance.
