Default RE: disappointed in proshop.

Sounds like an honest mistake. My suggestion would be to handle it in a mature fashion. It is not worth getting your tail feathers all in a ruffle. Life is to short to expand so much energy over an arrow. The guy was new according to your post. Were you not new to something at one point in your life. Let us see, toilet training we were all new to that at one point and made mistakes, shooting a bow, show me someone who shot perfect from day one. I think you get my drift.

You called an employee at the store and they have your arrow. When you go back in for the arrow and they apologize say, "Hey everyone makes mistakes. My folks were not thrilled about having to drive me back and forth on two different occassions for the same item but I'll deal with them. Any chance of getting my Mom or Dad a free hat with your shops name on it for their troubles. It's free advertisement when the wear it!" They will either chuckle and say no or throw you the hat or something.

In reality what happens to us always seems like a big deal and I understand the inconvienience factor. Put it in perspective though missing one arrow is small compared to many many things that go on in life. If he were trying to rip off arrows he'd be tossing cases out the back door of the place. Additionally, it would take him an awful lot of arrows one at a time to make any significant amount of money for himself or the store.

Let us know how you make out.
