IMO it was probably an honest mistake. But that doesn't justify having this poor guy having to make an extra trip to rectify a mistake that was their fault. If it was my shop I would have either refunded the money or give the man a reciept for some kind of discount or something to make up for his trouble. If not I would never go back and explain to the owner you know why. Allso I would tell all my hunting friends to go to the more reputable place of bussiness dispite being owned by the same guy. Sooner or later he might figure out why noone goes to his second shop.
