Yep. The rule is to follow the arrow with the pin. If the arrows are hitting low, lower the pin. Hitting high, raise the pin. Left, move the pin left. Right, move the pin right. (left/right adjusments assume you're looking from behind the bow). NEVER adjust the sight based on one arrow. ALWAYS shoot three arrows into a group before making any adjustments. One arrow in a certain spot could be an accident. Two arrows in the same spot could be a fluke. Three arrows in a row in the same spot... That's a trend. Always establish the trend before adjusting.

Now, to be honest, the last adjustment I made on my sights was positional: removing them from the bow and tossing them into the junk drawer. Really, if you can learn to shoot accurately without them, you're far better off.
