the stores are pretty good about the cats around. Mostly along the Illinois River when you get this far North but with how much rough land is in the southern End of the state well, you just know they are there and have been for a while. We don't have as much around here, not saying one or two couldn't hide here in one of the "nature areas" but large areas of timbered cover are rare in this neck of the woods.
