Your file size was waaay too large. The maximum file size can only be 100 kb's your photo was over 1000 kb's. I reduced it down to about 50 kb's. I'm not sure where you want the photo posted but here it is. You can "right click" on the picture with your mouse and "save as...." to your computer, then try to upload it where you want it.
