Realistically tho the 240 Wby is only a blink or two ahead of the 243 and a 6mm Rem can be hotloaded over it. The 240 Wby is simply a 30/06 case with an added belt and the "Weatherby double radiused shoulder" added too it. The difference between a 7-08/280, 308/30-06 is the same as a 243 vs a 240 Wby.

BUT now dont get me wrong, I like the caliber just because its not common. If cost isnt an issue then why not? Just dont expect a HUGE jump between results with it over the more common 6mms on the market.
