In my 7 rem mag using 150NBT's I am around -1/4" at 25, + 2 1/4" at 100 and zero at 250.

To your question at +2" at 25 I would assume you'll be around 10" high at 100, like mentioned this is just a guess. I would bring the POI down to around the bull at 25 yards(be 32 clicks down if your using a scope that is 1 click =1/4" at 100) , this will get you on the paper at 100 for sure. Then fine tune at 100 yards for your desired Zero/range.
