IF they control these wolves properly and allow hunters to shoot them like they do in BC and other parts of Canada the Elk will come back and probably be stronger as a result. No one can doubt the healthy Elk herd in the Canadian provinces. If they don't allow us to shoot them as a game species the only place you'll find Elk will be Kentucky and North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
