muley69- Dont bet that the ruling of the 9th will stand for long, it is the core of our legal systems rot and decay. it has more judgements overturned by the supreme court than the rest of the disricts combined. We just have to force the issue to the supreme court to get it overturned and put control back into the state game and fish deptments hands. Arizona was THE MOST non-resident friendly dept I've ever delt w/, they were great to deal w/ and had the best quality game also, so I just dont see why anyone (other than USO who will get rich) would supporting that litigation.
