I have a small farm In western South Dakota that might work well for this type of hunt. It would be from ground blinds. There are a lot of mule deer in that area. I don't know if there are any special permits or seasons in South Dakota for disabled hunters. I could furnish access for a few hunters if any are interested in that Area. If anyone is they can get on the web site for South Dakota Game Fish and Parks To check regulations and permit info.
