My point is that all parties involved have a huge incentive to lie. We will never know the real truth.

There is a difference between what the participants will say is true, what is actually true, and what the court deems to be the truth.

I was merely pointing out that there are, in fact, conflicting stories and that the court truth is yet to be determined.
