For a panel to mount skull on, I suggest going to www.vandykestaxidermy.com. I don't work for them or anything, but I have purchased from them before and was satisfied with my purchase. You could try to search for "European panels". I looked through the latest catalog I have and found several panels. I do not know if any would be wide enough for what you want though.
