Hey all, my Dad just gave me a old recurve 30 or more years old, anyway the only identifying marks are on the handle they are written on it's a Super Flite, 56", 46# and a serial number any idea who made this bow? I'm trying to get a new string for this bow, is there a rule of thumb for what length to get? I've done a search and found in one post that 4" shorter is a good starting point but I'm just getting back into the traditional side of shooting after being away for about 20 yrs any help would be greatly appreciated.
