MY WIFE TOOK AND QUARTERED THE ONE O SHOT AND PLACED IT IS A CASSEROLE DISH WITH SOME MUSHROOMS, TATERS, ONIONS, AND CARROTS, AND SOME WATER, AND SPICES, THEN PLACED IT IN THE OVEN FOR 2 HOURS AND SLOW COOKED IT, WHEN YOU WENT TO EAT IT THE MEAT JUST FELL OFF THEBONES, IT WAS GOOD!!! BEST OF LUCK WITH HUNTING THEM
