hello guys, i am looking to start trying to get some leases here in pennsylvania. it is pretty much unheard of around here to do this, and i am having a hard time finding a format on how to write a lease up and what to include in it, i know i could go to a lawyer, but would rather spend that money on land ( uless it is totaly necesary) if any of you guys have a copy of a blank lease out there you could post and i could print it out or give me an example of one i would greatly apppreciate it!
