RE: Easton Carbons????
XArmy, I have had some since early last year, shooting them for 3D. The ones I got happened to hold much tighter straightness tolerances than advertised. Mine were within .002" and only varied about 2gr over the dozen. They shot fairly well and were durable. Durable meaning I don't miss. I imagine that trees or rocks are going to do to them pretty much the same as they do to any arrow. I was shooting the 500's with 2" feathers. Light and fast. My opinion based on experience? Not too bad for the money.
I'm assuming you are not going to use them for hunting. I think they are a bit light for that. I just go back to my ICS Hunters for hunting. Speed just isn't an issue for hunting.
I'm presently shooting Vapor 23 Speeds. About the same overall weight but bigger diameter.
I might add that I'm not a real fan of Korean Express either, commonly known as Carbon Express. I think they cost about 4 times what they should considering the wages paid to make them.
