Here is a link to the Manitoba Lodge and Outfitters Association. It doesn't have all the outfitters in Manitoba but lists a bunch. Most have websites you can check out.

Agassiz-Waterhen Lodge is in the central Manitoba Interlake area. I don't know a heck of a lot about them but their website is listed. With a little digging you should be able to get all the info you need.
