RE: Too Many Deer = Environmental Disaster
After reading this, I have come to one conclusion. Biologists need to look at specific areas of the state rather than look at the states as a whole. What works in one area may not work in another. It seems to me that in PA, they have any antlerless deer all over the state and that most people do not have access to PRIVATE land where most of the deer live, thus no deer on the PUBLIC land where most of the people hunt. That just doesn't work, go to a draw, provide incentives for landowners who let people reduce the deer population on their property. Something than just issue AR's and huge doe limits for the ENTIRE state!
