RE: Too Many Deer = Environmental Disaster
Well down in Georgia we're allowed 10 does, but quite honsetly, they need to make it as many does as you want and extend the season for does in the northern zone for the entire season. It's gotten to be where ANY buck, regardless of size is shot, and in turn, we have rediculous amounts of does, that basically destory everything. We have a small apple orchard on our land, which was ruined last year....Finally got a fence around it which helped some....
Anyhow, I figure if more people would stop passing up the does, it'd make a difference around here atleast...
