as with most archery equipment you use what feels good to you but most of my customers use gold tip 3555 because i can build em cheep but i do make a few acc arrows for 3-d guys who love the fast arrows most of it depends on your draw length and weight a lighter arrow will shoot flater but will make more noise i like to have fellas shoot a few different arrows i have here before i sell them one i also make shure there bow is tuned first since i only buy shafts after they decide what arrow they like i build what they want some times i find a deal on shafts and i can build em for around 45 bucks most of the time there 50 for gold tip or carbon express up to 120 for acc i did get a deal on some acc that i let go for 100 i dont know how many more of those i can get for that price i do have one 3-d shooter who pays 150 or more for 5 arrows i have to buy 2 dozen or more to get 5 that are exactly the same the last time he came in i got 5 arows from the leftovers from the last 2 times he was here so it only cost him 10 bucks i think i have about 10 or 15 of his arrows around here he has to buy all the arrows when i send his order in but he only takes the 5 that are the same the rest stay here we may need it to match up some other arrows when he comes in
