tofer - I did read the police report and vang claims he was, and that they surrounded and started in on him, then fired a shot at him(maybe just in his direction to scare him? who knows?) as he was leaving. My real point was that this is america where your innocent until proven guilty. As for the media telling us what really went on, give me a break, They arent going to tell the public that a guy with one of those EVIL ASSULT WEAPONS actually used that evil device for legitimate self defense. That doesnt help their cause. One side says it was totally unprovoked murder and the other says total self defense, my guess is as said earlier the truth lies somewhere in the middle.
