I don't have glasses so my idea might not work all that great but I have a plastic visor on my Hockey helmet and when i play on natural ice the visor fogs up real bad. To fix the problem the boys and i take shampoo and rub it on our visors then wipe it off. I guess its the same concept as the soap idea, works for us.
