The wrong rest on your bow?!? What the heck does that mean? Are you using some different drop away or MZE that could be pulling/pushing on the cables?

I've got similar stupid answers from other manufactures as well when asking technical questions. Some of the people that answer the phone don't have a lot of expertise or knowledge in this area. You need to get past the "first line" of the phone front.
