The grouse will be fine up to a year frozen, as long as you wrap it right. Put the grouse in a old pair of nylons. then wrap it real good in a plastic bag. Cut out the bottom of the nylon and the grouse will slide right out when you're ready to thaw it out. What books are you going to purchase?
