Default RE: Anyone Hunting in Canada??? Trading info?

So you found out hunting in the west isn’t as sweet as they say. Sure there’s some big animals but it’s just so over pressured with hunter it’s not funny. I found that out a long time ago and I stay away from that area. The only way to hunt in that area is to know some one that has private property.

If you really like that area you can hunt at Shilo. The army opens there range for deer hunting but the only thing is you can’t go scouting until they close the range for deer season. My son works at Shilo and said they have lots of deer in that area.

I do most of my hunting north of Winnipeg. There is some big country out there with lots of bush. It takes a couple of years to get to know a new area and to find out where they are. Send me an e mail and I’ll give you some areas or send me an e mail with your phone number and I can call you. I’m not going to give exact areas but general locations. From there you will have to do your homework.
