Default RE: Ethics!

Anger? Dispute? Disagreement? Wounded pride? Hurt feelings?
Hunting stand? Property rights? Right of way? Parking space?
Does it really matter? Not to me. There is no defense for such actions. No understanding. Don't waste anyone's time trying to give background information or using the "we'll never know what started it"! Does it matter? What could possibly come from this person's mouth that would cause me to say "Oh, well that makes it okay then...I understand"? Nothing. Here in the Dallas area, a woman just killed her baby by cutting the arms off of her 11 month old!!! Common theme? People do bad things for reasons no rational, sane individual could ever understand.

All comes down to one thing......lack of respect for human life. No different than what goes on a daily basis in this country. Happens every day in our inner cities, gang violence, suburbs.......has become so common place in this country that we don't even blink when the nightly news reports another person was stabbed/shot/run over/whatever.........just that the uniqueness of this tragedy warranted coverage and caught the eyes and ears of those of us that participate in this arena. In a strange way, it is heartening to know that this is an isolated incidence and does catch our collective attention.
I don't see immigrant, native, white, black or anything else.........I only see someone that made a decision to disregard the sanctity that is human life, no reason or excuse could ever cloud that truth.

God bless the families of those people lost in this tragedy. My prayers go out to them.
