I hunt in WI, and normally it gets pretty cold. Not lately thought. Anyway, I would recommend wearing a "HeadSokz". Nice and warm head gear, that can be worn many ways. I would also recommend a "Hand Blanket" from Icebreaker. I've used these for years, and my head and hands have never really been cold since.
