Shoot which feels more natural to you
if you feel more comfortable shooting left handed then that is the way you should shoot and simply close youre right eye when shooting or even wear a patch if you have to you will eventually train youre left eye to become dominant.

you will hear from some that if you are right eye dominant you should shoot right handed that is fine if that is what you want to do however if you do not feel comfortable or it feels un natural to shoot that way you shouldnt it is far easier to train your eye to become dominant than it is to re learn how to shoot a bow.
