Well there wont be many as qualified to answer this question than me. I am left handed but right eye dominant. For years I always shot a gun right handed and a bow left handed. About 4 years ago I finally switched to shooting a bow right handed and have never looked back.

I would say start shooting left handed and you wont be sorry! Except for the fact that bows will be harder to buy and harder to re sell than right handed bows!
