RE: Burris FullField II 3x9x40 vs. Bushnell Elite 3200 3x9x40
Iswoody, the Elite has the Bulletproof Warranty which is the same lifetime/transferable as previous. They have just added a clause for the first year regardless of how it may have happened it will be replaced hence "no questions asked for 1 year". I have never owned a FFII but do know a few guys who really like them. I do own a few Elites I am pleased with their performance. The only thing I can say I really favor the Elite over the FFII is the power adjustment on the eypiece, of the FFII I found them stiff and don't like the smooth design. Optically they appeared to my eye pretty even, all models were 40mm objectives. Neither one is known for extremely quick turn arounds if warranty work should be required. I have heard on other boards Burris is getting much better since Berratta took over the rains though.
I would get your hands on both and then you make the desicion which you favor....good luck.
