If I did not know some people in the area, I would be hesitant to buy or lease the land that the good ole boys have been hunting and poaching for years. Ask some serious questions and get the good honest eye contact response from many of the locals. Close neighbors could be ones to watch. Watch out- as we all know some poachers can be dangerous when you get aggressive with them.
