I'd get right on it but after speaking with the land owner and seeing what their position on the matter is. You may call it "exclusive access" but if the land owner dosn't want you to chase people off then what can you really do? I'd talk to the owner, see about putting up signs or other remedies but definately run it be the owner.

I'm sure the two of you are just kidding but I question the taste of you comments as well. What happened in Wi over the weekend is truly a tragedy, it could have happened anywhere that a wacco roams but now isn't the best time IMO to make light of such a serious subject.
