id go with the SBE. my dads had his for 9 years and never had it jam! hes had it submerged just about anything u can think of. i just got one last year and i love it. its light, easy to swing, and theres not very many moving parts. the 391 xtrema is a heavy gun its hard to get on birds quick with it. but thats just my opinion, and a lot of other people i knows.
