They will be just wasting their money. It will never happen. Bow Hunting is the only alternative feasible to keeping the deer population down. Counties can't afford any other way. I repeat they can't afford any other alternative. In the area I hunt, they have become very very liberal on taking deer with a bow and they are even now realizing they may have to go even farther. When you end up with 300 deer/ square mile and property damage reaching a billion, 97 million is chump change.
