Default RE: Win mod 70 vs. Rem 700 CDL

I am trying to decide between a Win Mod 70 Classic Featherweight and Remington's new model 700 rifle, the CDL. I am leaning toward getting it in .270. Right now i'm inclined to go w/ the Winchester... but i could go either way. Any thoughts?
Win. Mod.70 = controlled round feeding, five round capacity, three position safety,
22" barrel, and has a readily adjustable trigger. Bolt field strips easily for cleaning. And, IMHO, has a beautiful stock.

Rem.700 CDL = push feed, four round cap., two position safety, 24" barrel, and though trigger is adjustable, it is best left for a gunsmith to do it. Also nice appearance.

So, I don't know, but I think I too lean to the Winchester in this case. However, that said, my 270 is a Remington 700 LSS Mountain Rifle: Laminated stock, stainless steel 22" barrel/action. Either way, you get a top notch firearm.
