Wind speed ignore unless howeling then get low under it in heavy cover
direction play the wind hunt down wind if posible
temp if it is warm deer move less , 45 or less get out there and hunt
cloud cover early in the season (bow) heavyer the better during the rut it dosn't matter later in the season ( cold) bright sun = deer moving
moon the more moon there is the less deer move during early morning and late afternoon but more midleof the day new moon deer move best earlymorning and late after noon
barometer a falling barometer before the storm deer feed and just after the storm
These are rule of thumb , hunt every min. you can deer brake the rules every day
If the rut is on throw out all rules ,deer will move 24/7
