I'd guess your grip changed and torqued the bow. It is easy to have happen. I shoot a bowtech extreme VFT and the brace height is pretty short. Slapping the inside of my arm has made me adjust how I hold the bow to avoid the slap. If it is 10 degrees I assume you have gloves on. I posted two weeks ago about shooting my finger while practicing in camp. That arrow was going where it wanted and I was dumbfounded as to why until I noticed that my index finger was bleeding where the blade slid down it. It is something you are doing if the bow shoots bulls when you practice and I'm going with some sort of conflict with your gear and your hunting duds.
