we always BBQ them.dad always grew some on the farm.we would butcher them when they were about 3/4 grown,6 or 8 at a time.we would 1/2 some and 1/4 the others , then we would go to town with them hanging on the sideboards of the truck,by 10 or 11:00 they were all sold.and we were on the way home.I would get $5.00 for helping dad.
