Default RE: primers,primers,and more primers

Ive heard you cant use Fed primers in my hand priming tool?
I use them in hand priming tools just with caution not to force them into the primer pocket.
Fed 215's are pretty common. Every gun store in my town carries them. When I lived in Kansas city I bought 1,000 fed 215's at the cabelas in kansas city just before I moved to arizona. which cabelas did you look at? Bigcounty said you could use 210's to get by with faster powders, which is what I would probably do, Since I use RL 19 in my 300 win mag. You might try working up your load with winchester LR primers I've always figured thats what I would use as a substitute if for some reason i couldnt find fed 215's, since winchester LR primers are supposed to be just as hot as fed 215's.
