I dont know if the dacoy will pull them in from that distance,, you could try it,, but as others have said, i wouldnt recommend it during firearms season. I f your wanting to make them quit using the culvert as a crossing ive heard of people using certain scents to keep deer from crossing a certain spot such as a fence or similar.. Ive heard of people using hair clippings from a barber shop,, and my wifes family swears by using chlorine tablets around a crossing,, and they say deer wont go near them,,ive never tried either one, but they say it works great. maybe someone else has heard of this.
