RE: knight riffles and cleaning
Compared to what? Being a Disc rifle there are more parts that need to be cared for and of course the breech plug and threads are not standing out in the open like on the Revolution, Persuit, Sidekick, Omega or Optima. I have never cleaned a Disc but have sure cleaned a Wolverine enough. Like any muzzleloader it takes time and care to get them all spotless and re-oiled and back together. It is a great shooting rifle from all I have read, it has a Green Mountian Barrel and a Timney trigger. You are not going to find that kind of quality on many rifles. I've never had to use it but have read that Knight has great customer services also. So if you have a little more time when cleaning the rifle, it sure sounds like a good choice for your muzzleloader to be.
