had you tagged the deer yet ? If not i believe the deer is considered property of the state...so they stole from the state... maybe a more serious charge

assault with a deadly weapon !
armed robbery from you and/or the state
public intox
trespassing
poaching - was rifle season in? they probly didnt tag it
littering - im quite sure they didnt carry their empty beers back to the club
