LOL dam silent having a rough day??
I'm not saying I would've acted like the guy did, but don't you agree that 50 feet is a little close? What happens when a deer comes by? Both open fire and a race out of the stand to see who claims the deer? I honestly don't know what the ethical thing to do in a situation like that is. I hunt private land and never been an issue for me. But what do you do if someone climbs a tree that's 50 feet away from you? I can't picture myself sitting there hunting.
