I would have have given that Doe 15 mins and gone and gotten her. We are talking about a Doe not a mature buck. She won't run nearly as far or as long. Maybe if you jumped her once and she ran strong but Does can't take that kind of damage and live for very long. Also, I didn't see where it was confirmed a liver only hit. It was thought to have been one but nothing was confirmed. All I said was the atempt should have been made.

I also didn't see where someone else might have known what was going on. I belive this was archery and so no one else would have heard a shot. Maybe the other person thought they gave up looking. Maybe they thought the other person was just killing to kill. Did that other person look around for who shot the deer? I guess we don't know because they left the scene.

I'm sorry for not doing any hand holding on this one. I obviously would have done it different. It's a shame for him not to recover his first deer but then again just go out and shoot another one.

I can assure you guys it wasn't me. I don't even want the deer I kill let alone somebody elses. They are just rats to me let someone else eat them.
